• Prints are signed, packaged in eco-clear sleeves with sturdy, acid-free backing boards and shipped in sturdy mailers.

• Large prints are signed, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in sturdy mailing boxes.

• Paintings are signed and packaged in acid-free tissue paper and bubble wrap. Depending on the size, your painting with be packed with care in up-cycled mailers, sturdy mailers or boxes.

Please allow 4-6 business days from the date of purchase for your order to ship. In the rare instance that this timeline will be longer, the seller will be in touch. Actual delivery times depend on buyer selected shipping method and carrier timelines. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Lost packages are the responsibility of the mail carrier. If something goes missing, a customer can make a claim with the mail carrier using the tracking number.

• Stolen packages are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Damaged packages are the responsibility of the mail carrier. Please inform the Seller if your items arrive damaged. Take photos of the items and packaging, and make a claim with the mail carrier using your tracking number.

• Lost, stolen or damaged packages are not covered by the seller.

• Please double-check your name, address and contact information at checkout.

• Shipping labels are created automatically from the shipping information entered by the buyer.

• The seller cannot replace orders that are lost, marked delivered, delivered to the wrong address or returned due to an incorrect address.
